Hello, My name is Adam Gockowski (ZG 754). I'm a current Sophomore at Kent State University and an active member of the Sigma Nu Zeta-Gamma Chapter. I'm majoring in Electronic Media Productions and planning on minoring in Business.
My position in office for the chapter is campus relations. I find events going on around campus that us brothers should attend. In the summer, I work at the Twinsburg youth summer camp as a camp leader. During my freshmen year, I worked for the Chi Omega sorority (Lambda Delta Chapter) as the houseboy. I left Chi Omega after getting a job as a RA in Lake Hall for the 2009-2010 school year.
On October 29, 2009, I won Delta Gamma's Anchorman Competition. I won by doing what I do best...Stand up Comedy. It was a huge shock among Zeta Gamma and the rest of Kent Greek Life. It was the best day of my greek life.
I am a huge Cleveland Indians fan. My Big,Nick Cheyney (ZG 741), got me first pair of letters made out Tribe fabric.
Basically, If it wasn't for Sigma Nu making me feel at home on the first few days of college, I don't know where I would be right now. They put an arm around me and made me feel good about my next few years at Kent State. |
