The NEW Zeta Gamma Chapter House!

After over 35 years without a home, since 1537 South Water Street, and over 20 years after re-colonization of Zeta Gamma in 1985, the Zeta Gamma chapter will finally have a place to call "home."

Our alumni brotherhood has been successful in securing property to develop at the most ideal and prestigious site available at Kent State. The land situated at the confluence of West Campus Center and Ted Boyd Drive feeds into the area of the K.S.U. Student Center, library/administration offices, M.A.C. Center, and the Health and Rec Center and is at the new gateway to the university. "The House at the Summit" will overlook Brother Schoonover's Baseball Stadium and will be the first built in the "New Greek Village at Campus Gateway." It will be the K.S.U. Zeta Gamma permanent address…a place to honor our past, celebrate the present, and secure our future.

The home itself will be the newest, largest and most state-of-the-art fraternity house at Kent State. The over 6,500 square-foot home will come with a variety of amenities that will rival both on and off campus living. Since the house will be built on university property, it will count towards a students mandatory 2-year on-campus living agreement. The house will also be 100% alcohol free and will be a true pinnacle of fraternal living at Kent State.

Some features of the house include:

  • Single and double occupancy rooms with plenty of space and generously appointed furniture
  • Hi-speed wireless internet access and cable
  • Fully integrated theatre room with built in speaker system
  • Convertible recreation room
  • Live-in house advisor
  • Fully functional state-of-the-art kitchen and appliances
  • Prime location (directly across the street from the Student Recreation and Wellness Center)
  • located on the Kent State University bus transit line
  • within a 5 minute walk of the library and student center
  • and many, many more!

The House will be opening in Fall/Winter 2008 and will be the first house on the new Greek Village at Kent State. To find out more information on our beautiful home, please visit the Contact Us section and send us a message.
